MCHC Harlan Medical Center is described as a place that has everything, including Dr. Dye, who is fantastic and has taken excellent care of families for many years, referring patients to specialists close to home. The staff and doctors are great, taking time to listen and help, or send patients for needed tests. One reviewer notes the wait is long, and while most doctors are friendly, a couple acted like they were in a hurry. The pharmacy and optical services are also appreciated. However, the answering service could help better with calls. A patient's husband receives smooth and professional care from Ms. Savanna Wynn, who manages his many meds and issues. Overall, the center is a positive choice for care, with polite staff who never make patients feel bad for having questions or concerns.
I’ve been taking my kids here for awhile there always nice to us and Crystal jones is always good to us she listens to what you have to say and is always polite and never makes you feel bad if you have any questions or concerns she always tries to address them and as a parent that is always a plus because my kids stay sick and I’m always at the doctor but she never makes you feel bad about having to come back she’s always nice to us.
Dr Dye is the best, he has been my family’s Dr for many years, he has taken excellent care of us and if we need specialist care he refers us to one of the best, and tries to keep us as close to home as possible.
The wait is long, but most of the Dr's are friendly. Had a couple that acted like they were in a hurry to get out of there and didn't really want to talk about the problem.
