Such friendly and personable staff. The first year I went to see them I had tried to do my own taxes and it said I had to pay, so i was recommended to give JJ Tax a try and I'm so glad I did because I didn't have to pay. Now I work in west Knoxville, TN but I still make the annual drive to see my friendly tax guy. They give you a warm welcome as soon as you walk through the door, it's easy to make an appointment, they're very quick, and they're very efficient at what they do. The price is very fair for what they do. Thank you!

After years of disappointment and hassle filing at one of the “big guys,” I decided to give JJ a try. My expectations were very high due to all of the glowing recommendations that I received from numerous colleagues, friends, and family.

we have been with JJ Tax since they opened! great folks. they work hard to get you back the max amount. family owned and local, can't beat em!!! they will always have our business! miss Mattie is the sweetest secretary around! all around great folks! thanks for everything, Christy, Claude & Dylan Sargent!
