    I can honestly say that learning to practice yoga has changed my life. I am a senior that has many issues involving my bone and muscular system. I have scoliosis (which was not monitored nor diagnosed in my day as is currently done). Yoga has not cured me . . . nor will it, but it has enabled me to battle and overcome some pains and difficulties in days, rather than weeks and months. It has provided camaraderie with some of the nicest people I've ever known that I might never

    I love Harlan Yoga! Not only do the classes provide a great way to become more fit, I have found yoga to be a great stress reliever. The principles of yoga help me to manage anxiety and stress in my day to day life. Amanda is a wonderful teacher and mentor. She strives to meet the individual needs of all her students. She coached me through some recent back problems, allowing me to continue my practice as I healed. Her tips helped me to strengthen my back and still advance my practice. I would highly reccomend Harlan Yoga and Amanda Colton Wolfe to anyone looking to improve strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.
