I could not be more pleased with the attention I received from Big Sandy. Jerry advised me on all the options available along with price options. They helped me understand the equipment and installation. I was provided a contract and all business was held in a professional way. Once deciding on what met my needs the equipment came within a day and the installation was the next day.
As for the installation, the installers were knowledgeable of the equipment, answered my questions and worked nonstop until completed, leaving no mess. Jim Hoose Is an outstanding technician. His tremendous experience and knowledge have been proven over the many years from the time I first met him when he was working at TNT Heating and Cooling through his long tenure at Big Sandy Heating & A/C Inc. There is simply no one that is any better. He is not only a supper employee but also a great person.
