Rosie did an outstanding job on my mom's hair. She hadn't had a good cut and style in several years, and her hair looked like a straw broom. When Rosie was done, my mom looked like a movie star with a gorgeous fresh style. The whole family was pleased with the result. Also, Rosie was very kind and patient when working with her (she was 94 and quite frail).
