The service is very professional, friendly, and prompt, doing a fantastic and amazing job. Work is done in a timely manner, showing up on time and often going beyond what is asked. After many failed attempts by customers to clean carpets themselves, this service makes carpets look great, new, and smell amazing. It provides excellent value, not charging an arm and a leg. The service is highly and 10/10 recommended for anyone, leaving customers extremely happy.
I mean how do you even put a price on a company that not only has the owner personally call you back, personally show up and do the work? Well you can't. Not only did Richard set this up in a timely manner, he showed up on time, did an amazing job and even went way beyond what I asked and did an area rug for me. After SO MANY failed attempts at renting machines and trying to do it myself, along came Richard! My carpets look new and smell amazing! AND he didn't charge me and arm and a leg! Now that I have grandkids living here I am sure he will be on speed dial! Can't even begin to say how happy we are with his service!
