Took my grandson there last year for his second haircut, the guy was great!! This is the only place my grandson wants to go to, he is 5. Great place!!
I'm shaken yall. I have never in my LIFE experienced worse customer service. Durhams Barbershop in Glasgow is not equipped to cut children's hair. 1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The older woman there was unfriendly, did not talk to my 5yr old child or make any attempt to make him comfortable. Then was impatient and yanking his face around to the point where my otherwise compliant child was saying ow. And I suggested she have more patience and just tell him what she needs and to be gentle instead of forcibly moving his head which he obviously didn't like. She did not acknowledge my suggestion and the second time she grabbed his face I told her to stop and we will just go somewhere else. She said Good! and yanked off his robe and yelled at me TWICE while I was gathering my things that I needed to "get the TIT out his mouth so he could grow up!!" I told her she had zero business cutting children's hair because she has no patience. I told told my child to tell the mean old lady bye and thankfully Heritage76 Barber Shop and Salon saved the day and fixed us up!!
