After a couple of calls to the office, I got a call back from them to check and see what the problem was. After telling them that my mom's house had been without AC for 2 days and was currently inside 81 degrees they rushed right over and was here within minutes. They diagnosed the problem and had her unit up and going in less than 20 minutes. Luckily it was a part they had on hand and it could be fixed immediately. Thank you guys so much!!“
