Wares was able to come out same day and quickly diagnosed the problem with a fix in less than 30 mins because of some chewed wires. Cody was great in helping to resolve the issue before it was able to get worse and this is the second time they have helped us with our units.
Ware HVAC was amazing! Highly recommend! They did a new commercial install for a project of mine and I can’t say enough good things about them. They’re professional, easy to get along with, and always available to answer any questions. They communicate regularly and keep you updated. And they sure know their stuff. Example- Matt (the owner) looked at an existing unit that wasn’t working (unrelated to the commercial space that they were working in and that I hired them for) and fixed it so fast I thought he was joking when he said with a smile “It’s good to good, free of charge” then proceeded to get back to work on what they were there for. Matt and his crew are great and honest guys and they stand behind their work. Ware HVAC is definitely my go to for HVAC from here on out. And I’ll be recommending them to quite a few people in the future as well I’m guessing. A special thank you to Matt and Kody for everything! Very much appreciated.
Matt and his team are fantastic!! I've called Matt several times in a panic and he always makes time to come over and fix the problem. I did end up putting in a whole new unit, but not before he tried everything to fix the old one! I also signed up for the yearly maintenance as well.
