My first contact with Clarence Pickett was sometime in 2024 when I was concerned about possible damage from storms. He came and inspected my roof and told me I didn't need to replace it right then and that it still had a little life left. I appreciated his honesty!
in late 2025, I was advised by a family member that I should probably go ahead and have the roof replaced before I started having problems (it was 25 years old). I contacted Clarence again, based on a trusted family member's high recommendation. I rarely write reviews, but the experience I've had working with Pickett's was exceptional, and felt the need to share. We developed a leak in our upstairs master bedroom from a wind storm in Spring '25. I called Pickett's as soon as we arrived home from vacation and Seth had a crew out there the very same day to fix the leak. At that time, using his drone, he was able to determine the leak was from missing shingles and identify other wind damage and suggested I file a claim with my insurance. They worked diligently with my insurance company to have my claim approved. Once that was done they came out and replaced my roof within a few days. Seth was great to work with. Locally owned and operated company so they truly care about their customers and the job they do. My new roof looks great!
