I want to give a huge shout out to this place !!! I have never been treated so kind in a dentist office before. Everyone on the staff was exceptional !! When I arrived I was almost in tears and a nervous wreck because all of my bottom teeth were being extracted. They treated me with the upmost respect and kindness that I’ve ever gotten at a dentist. I felt no pain at all and the tech was able to get my iv in with no trouble…which usually is a big hassle. I had a question after hours when I got home and called the number provided to me and Dr McLaurin himself called me back within minutes… now I call that service. I love this place! Very scared of dentist especially when I had to get my wisdom teeth out, doctor Donald mclaurin is very good, I am absolutely terrified of IVs and he made sure I was as calm and as willing to give him my arm when getting my wisdom teeth removed( took some a xanx and laughing gas but did not hurt at all) I sadly don't know the nurses name but she was very quick and gentle with the IV. It only took 15-30 minutes I'd say 25 at the most for all four removed. Although at the time I thought it was only 5 minutes. Very great place, good for anyone who needs gentle, yet effective work quickly done. As well as for people who have anxiety towards the dentist like me. Great place :)
I had a great experience here. My dentist referred me to this practice to have a biopsy done. They were kind enough to see me the very same day. The treatment went well and they were upfront about the charges and what my insurance would and would not cover. The lady who runs the front desk is very professional and gave me a list of options to choose from for my treatment and payment. The schedule was a little hectic but the surgeons practice at several locations and sometimes run late taking care of emergencies with other patients in other clinics. On my last visit, patients started leaving and rescheduling before the doctor finally made it in ... 4/5 stars Only because their scheduled appointments have a tendency to run late.
