I had my PA and KY taxes completed at Judy's Tax Service. After receiving my tax documents back, I was informed that I owed PA money. I have never owed PA state taxes before (I had expressed this several times). Later I received a call and was informed that was a mistake and that I do not owe any taxes for the state of PA. After reviewing my taxes more closely, I also discovered the my local taxes for PA were not filed. I included these forms in my documentation to Judy's. I was never asked any questions about this form. My local PA form still has not been filed (to my knowledge).
