Good service, acceptable pricing, wait time was appropriate. The lobby was my only concern. I definitely appreciated having area to plug in my computer and cellphone but the stools were to uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. No water, coffee, vending machine etc. When you are there for four hours those little things start to matter.
