About Central Kentucky Pet Resort
Central Kentucky Pet Resort provides both daycare and boarding services for dogs and cats. They are well-known for their kindness and accommodating staff, who are always ready to answer questions and share information about the facilities. The resort offers dog evaluations for daycare and can place dogs in individual kennels if necessary. Parents can watch their pets play through live cameras in the group play area, which offers peace of mind. While some reviews mention that dogs may be wet upon pick-up, the overall experience for boarders and daycare attendees remains positive. Owners report that their pets are well-cared for and excited to return. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that every pet, like the happy cat Marvin, feels comfortable and has opportunities to socialize. Additionally, services such as bathing and nail clipping enhance the experience for both pets and their owners.
We were on vacation with our 2 dogs Bingo & Declan, we reached out to Central Kentucky to see if we could register our boys and let them do daycare three days while we were in the area to give us time to do things that weren't pet friendly and allow them to have play time and be able to play with other dogs. Central Ky doggy daycare is outstanding! You cant even say “doggy daycare” without my fur losing it to extreme excitement! The staff are amazing, they have package deals for savings and great covered/uncovered areas with concrete AND grass. It’s about $30/ day from 7a-7p. They do go in for a rest break around 12-1:00. My dog Boston comes home so happy and TIRED. 10/10!
We've been very happy with CKPR. We leave confident, knowing Jack & Pepper will be well cared for. It's nice to go out of town with the peace of mind knowing they will be socialized responsibly, given proper supervision and have their needs met . We've also had the pleasure of having Michelle take care of their grooming and she is excellent! It's apparent she cares a lot about the well-being of the pets placed in her care and that means a lot. A BIG thank you to, Michelle and to ALL the awesome staff at CKPR. 🐾♥️
