I’ve not had a treatment yet as I only stop in to pick up my Latisse. BUT if and when I’m ready for any sort of service it will definitely be here. Many MedSpas tend to cater to a more pretentious crowd (it’s the nature of the beast) so therefore the staff, in my experience, has an arrogance about them. Not once have I ever felt this at BMA. Every time I go in, the staff is down to earth, easy to talk to and friendly. I’m glad I found them!

Let me just say that my experience with Bluegrass Medical Aesthetics was a very pleasant one from start to finish. The office space is beautifully laid out and the check in process was very easy. My medical aesthetician, Haylie M. Was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable, explained the process, kept me informed throughout the treatment and answered all my questions. She also recommended some great products for my skin to keep it hydrated and feeling fresh. The Hydrafacial treatment I highly recommend. It left my face feeling fresh with a nice glow. I’m excited to see the results days after and I’ll be definitely scheduling another appointment soon.
