Right before our last snowstorm, our house was unusually dry and I was getting bloody noses. The morning the roads were the worst, our heating unit quit working.
I called Danny at Perdue and he said there were a couple of emergency situations with senior citizens they needed to take care of first, but that he would get a technician out to help me.
Zach got here around noon and discovered our thermostat was broken. He also found a part that had leaked all the refrigerant out of the system.
