I'm submitting an update to my original review. After learning of my dissatisfaction with the initial service provided, the Sales Manager as well as the Vice President of the Kentucky office reached out to me to discuss my concerns.The Vice President took the time to come to my home and see the finished product and after seeing it firsthand concurred that the work initially done was unacceptable and assured me that they would make it right and this was not indicative of the company's services.Although skeptical of their pledge to address my concerns to my satisfaction I was pleasantly surprised that they did in fact do just that. Michael is always so great!!!! Always good to have him service my dehumidifier! And this time he installed downspout drains for my gutters and I couldn't be happier to have the above ground ones out of my way!
