Keith H. and Alex S. were courteous, quick and efficient. The porch is so much nicer now that the sunken section of concrete has been raised to even with the rest of the porch. From my research, foam leveling would be better than mudjacking for this particular job and The Basement Doctor is one of the few companies in Central Kentucky who do this.

First let me say I started with four different companies and four separate bids. I had a pretty good idea of how the water was penetrating the basement but had not yet removed any drywall to confirm my suspicions. Each company rep was able to look at the problem and make draw their own conclusion. Only one of the other company’s bothered to inspect the outside of the house.
