“The Frankfort Sun Tan City is my favorite location! The employees are always friendly and professional, but I especially want to recognize the young lady working this evening, 8/24.
With the recent change from scanners to using the app, I know some customers are frustrated. Tonight, I witnessed a customer become very upset about it. Had she taken a moment to listen instead of repeatedly and rudely stating that she was a “VIP” who spends $1,000 a year, she would have heard the employee doing everything she could to help, including offering to check her in herself.
The employee couldn’t have handled the situation better. She remained polite, respectful, and patient while trying to de-escalate and accommodate her. The customer still left threatening to cancel and complain, so as someone who witnessed the entire interaction, I wanted management to hear the other side too.
Your employee handled a difficult situation with professionalism and grace and absolutely deserves recognition for it! ❤”
