Louise's Flowerland attempted to deliver flowers to me on Saturday, but I was out of town. Instead of leaving them outside, they took them back to the shop and delivered them Sunday. Who does that?! Louise called the sender and me both days to try to ensure delivery, and was super sweet when I finally called her back. The detail and dedication to costumer service is a dream come true--I'm a forever fan thanks to their above-and-beyond work ethics. Well done, Louise's Flowerland. You are my go-to florist from now on!!!
