I wouldn't recommend getting an MRI here. You're report will be about 4 paragraphs long and no in depth results and things will be left out. Go to Frankort Regional Medical Center, their MRI's are in depth, 4-5 pages in length, and time is taken to read the actual MRI to help you get proper treatment.
The wait time for MRIs currently is at least 2 weeks out most places. Sometimes there are time sensitive issues that just can't wait. I'm so thankful to get in here within a week at Independent Diagnostic Services! Wonderful experience, They are kind and walk you through everything. The sweet lady working with me did my contrast injection and I barely even felt it! YESSS!! Walked out with a disc of my MRI in hand. Highly Recommend!
I was slated for an MRI at a hospital in Lexington but decided to shop around and found IDS. I was concerned about such a pricing differential between IDS and a few other locations contacted. However, that concern was quickly eliminated. Their customer service was very good. I had no issues with the timeliness of getting seen per my scheduled appointment. Also, the resolution of the imagery met my needs. IDS doesn't have the best curb appeal but given my experience with them that doesn't matter. Best bang for your buck.
