It has changed greatly with the staff change in the service department-In the past they would come and talk with you about their findings and pricing now I guess the videos take place of that. I scheduled a winter special service with a coupon that including oil change, multipoint inspection, battery inspection tire rotation windshield wiper, etc. cost was approximately $185. Appointment was at 10:30 I was leaving well before 11:30 which is good. But I wondering if they completed everything. I use to be certain and confident in the service-now I wonder.
