Five stars for C&J Plumbing! My sump pump failed during a week of non-stop rain, leaving water in my basement. I called C&J, and Jake and Chuck showed up immediately. They were absolute lifesavers—patient, calming, and they even took the time to explain the science behind the issue so I understood what was happening. They ran out to grab a high-performance replacement, and it works like magic. The best surprise was the bill; after all their hard work and immediate response, it was incredibly reasonable. Highly recommend!
I called with a plumbing emergency at our office. They happened to be in the area and got to me in less than 20 minutes. The gentlemen were very friendly and fixed my issue quickly. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately, before a big snow storm hit that was going to be followed by weeks of below freezing temperatures, I discovered my kitchen drainage lines needed to be replaced. Fortunately, a coworker recommended C&J Plumbing. Due to the outside location of the repair and below freezing temperatures it took a few weeks for them to be able to make the repair. During this time, Donna kept in contact with me as we were both keeping an eye on the weather. To my surprise, on the day the weather and our schedules aligned, they showed up with extra crew members and were able to get the job completed in one day, instead of the two days estimated to ensure my job was completed...read full review
