Much thanks goes to the craftsman Chase and Dylan who answered all my questions and helped me with setup. The Bison Services team made it easy the whole process and I felt like a priority to them.

On a 90° day my AC started blowing hot air. Dylan came out that afternoon, he was courteous and professional and fixed my problem. I haven't had any issues since, but when I do, I will definitely be calling Bison Services again.

I recently reached out to Bison Services for seasonal maintenance, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and expertise. Micah was upfront about their annual pricing, which was refreshing and helped set clear expectations from the start. During their spring maintenance visit, they also diagnosed and fixed an issue with our mini split that had been causing problems.
