Melissa on the other hand is a grouchy, rude, unhappy person! 0 stars for you!!! Melissa if you read this do us all a favor....if you don't like your job go someplace else! You're ruining Dr. Lameier's kind vibe at his office. I truly hope I never encounter you again!
Megan was wonderful, needed better frames and picked out a Hurley frame. My insurance was excepted, my frames came in before they were due. Megan adjusted them and she was friendly and kind. Great customer service, will definitely come back.
Megan went above and beyond to help me get contacts ordered in time for my vacation. She stayed past closing time and was very helpful and kind. Very rare to see this level of customer service, she's great! EDIT: Read through other reviews, no surprise others mention her how great she is too!
