My family and I just moved to Newport and we were looking for a new eye doctor. Well, we feel like we just hit the lottery with this office. I had an appointment last week and was greeted with the kindest staff members throughout my entire journey through the office. Today, my husband had an appointment so I tagged along. We were greeted with people telling us "Happy Anniversary" and given a very sweet greeting card signed by the staff. It turns out that while making my husband's appointment last week, we were joking that we'd be spending our anniversary with these fine, fine folks and they remembered!!! I was even handed a glass of wine. Truly the finest medical visit we've both ever experienced. just phenomenal service.
I woke up with an infection in my eye that was red, swollen, painful, itchy, watering, etc. I called NKEye for help at 9:00 a.m. and they got me in at 9:30! Dr. Schuck examined me, prescribed an antibiotic/steroid eyedrops and by 6:00 that afternoon I was well on my way to recovery. The staff at this office is Blue Ribbon quality. I've been a patient of theirs for over 25 yrs. and I'd recommend NKEye to anyone.
