My dad, who has dementia, spent two weeks at Highlandsprings in their rehab unit. He received great care while there and is doing really well physically. This is the best he has looked since he initially fell causing a brain bleed two months ago. I feel like everyone there truly cares about his wellbeing and wants to see his succeed. Also, the communication from across all departments has been wonderful.
My mom is currently at HighlandSpring. They always address any issues right away which is much appreciated. Molly Brown & Amy Ruck have been awesome to work with. I would like to thank the STNA’s that have been so wonderful to my mom. They are Ja’von, Chase, Davi, Paris, Ashley, Felicity and so many others I cannot name all of them. The nurses (Chris, Keesha, Mary, Christine, Christy, Debbie and Farley just to name a few and the KMA’s (Stacy & Sherry) are very caring. My mom recently got sick and Stacy stayed past her shift to ensure my mom was okay. Also, they have one of the best rehab/therapy team’s around. My mother is a resident at Highland Springs. She has received excellent care from the staff. Everyone is friendly and supportive. The facility is clean and well maintained. I like to give special recognition to Abby, Quinn, Sarah, and Flo for taking such good care of her. Also, I like to recognize her Nurse Practitioner Hauna. Thank you to all the staff at Highland Springs!
