Nick was excellent to work with on the repairs needed to my balcony. Very prompt, with a detailed report. The project was a success, both physically and with the county inspector, thanks to Nick. Reasonably priced too. Would definitely use AO again!

Nick came to out to our restoration project of a 1897 house. He quickly assessed the 4 problem areas and provided a path forward to keep our project moving. AO Engineers provided the information and drawings we needed in a timely and cost effective manner.
