I called AO last minute looking for an engineer to assess the columns at our new property. The (4) columns were in bad shape and we wanted to understand what our options were for repairing or replacing and to gauge whether these were all structurally needed. Grace greeted us on time at the property and was an absolute delight. Her energy and enthusiasm for the property was so refreshing! Don't let her age fool you - Grace was bright, confident, and extremely knowledgeable about the process. After spending about 45 minutes on the inspection, she promptly followed up with details from our report. It was great getting to work with Grace and AO! Highly recommend!

We had a very informative inspection and learned a lot from Nick. We are first time home buyers and he was very patient and thorough while taking us through the home which made us feel at ease with decision.

Nick was excellent to work with on the repairs needed to my balcony. Very prompt, with a detailed report. The project was a success, both physically and with the county inspector, thanks to Nick. Reasonably priced too. Would definitely use AO again!
