SJA Client Services offers awesome service and is known for its professionalism. They provide wills and power of attorney quickly, making appointments necessary. This resourceful place is particularly helpful for military personnel, offering free legal help and advice, though it can get busy, requiring some patience. Most staff are friendly and helpful, working to accommodate urgent needs. However, there are suggestions for improving customer service training for some staff members. Overall, SJA is dedicated to assisting clients effectively.
For legal help and advice this is the place for military personnel. Service is free. Also sometimes it can be too busy. So be patient and they will call you. Otherwise it's one of the most resourceful places in fort Campbell.
Good at what they do, but they need to use a answering machine to let people know they don't take appointments and it's a walk in basics only. Because I even called while sitting in the waiting room and when the opportunity presented itself for them to answer the phone, they didn't.
