“I do apologize for those that are not happy with the time we go to lunch. We go at once to be able to do things in the store without having the customer's coming in and out. Also regardless of who is handling the customer some still want to talk to the other person. So it's just easier to go at once. But I do send out courtesy text messages to those that request one from my personal phone when your orders are ready for pickup. We don't clean and press the clothes here at this location so we never guarantee when your items will be back. We let it be known that our ESTIMATED turn around is 2 days by 5pm. And most of the time items do come back on time. I will be the first to admit that when there are events going on, holiday time, or bad weather items have gotten back to us late.
