Tana is really sweet and knowledgeable about products in the store, it’s not very often you get someone willing to really take their time and help you nowadays but she was amazing!

This is my local Ulta store. I am as “regular” as you can get for a beauty store. I especially love to come in when my girl Tana is there, she is the absolute sweetest and always makes my day when I come in to shop. She works at the Clinique area but always welcomes me in and asks if I need help with anything. If Tana wasn’t there I probably wouldn’t stop in as often as I do LOL I LOVE HER!! I also get my eyebrows done with Erica at the benefit brow bar and she is AMAZING. She always leaves my eyebrows flawless, is super quick and does all the steps to make sure you’re clean, comfortable, while still getting the perfect brows and is always super conversational… read full review

The store was clean. The staff was nice enough. They have a huge variety, but not many products with clean ingredients.
I find Ulta's return policy ridiculous. Even if you have the receipt and the credit card you paid with they won't let you return unless you have the rewards number. (I used someone else's, then couldn't return.)
Later, I tried to return something after 30 days. They had to give me a gift card. You can only use it in the store, not online. What the heck?!
They didn't really show you to try have lotions. Had I been able to test them I could have saved myself the trouble of going back to return.
