Austin was a great technician! Very professional, friendly and went above and beyond. The first cleaning he did, he took his time and was thorough. After the carpets dried there were a few issues that I was concerned with but knew it had to either be the machine or my incredibly thick carpet.
I called with my concerns and they scheduled him to come back and fix the issue. He again was very polite and thorough. Everything turned out great!
