Patients appreciate the doctor's willingness to explain everything about their results and answer questions, as well as his efficient and caring approach to examinations and treatment options. Dr. Kies is very genuine in his concern for his patients' eye health and stays updated by attending seminars. Many patients consider him their favorite and best eye doctor, especially those with specific conditions like Graves’ disease. The center provides thorough exams and clear communication, although some patients note delays in follow-up scheduling.
I had my annual eye exam yesterday with Dr. Kies. It went great! Him & his assistant were very thorough & professional. Dr. Kies is my favorite, the very best! I have Graves’ and the eye issues that come along with that. He is very knowledgeable & always eager to learn more by attending seminars, etc.. Not only myself but pretty much my whole family sees Dr. Kies.
Dr Kies is an excellent ophthalmologist. He seems very genuine in his concern for his patients eye health. The only problem I have is that at checkout the receptionist said I would be hearing from scheduling for my eye surgery and it’s been a few weeks and I have not received a call.
