I was always happy with the service here, they took time with my daughter and actually cared, just upset I had to switch once I got better insurance. They offered flexible frames for small children which was amazing. When I started going to LensCrafters, they did not offer flex frames which ended up costing me 3-4 pairs of glasses a year.
Took my 92yo father in yesterday to see Dr. Julie. He is in a wheelchair, so doctor visits can be tough on us. The Metzger Eye Care staff is always so kind and compassionate with Dad, making accommodations when necessary and treating him with respect. I appreciate that more than you know.
Level of care is outstanding. Dr. Julie saw emerging macular degeneration during a routine exam. She immediately referred me to a specialist. Thanks to her skills, it was caught early and is positively responding to treatment. Top notch care.
