This place is great! Great work and customer service, the people in the store are very educated and will walk you through any problems with your pool. Most of these bad reviews look like crybabies who can't read a contract or a closed sign. The redhead at the counter is a good guy who is very cool.

Someone actually left a one star review for this business because they entered this store and demanded service AFTER the store had already closed. I took a picture of the hours posted on their front door. They indeed close at 7pm M-F.

Purchasing a pool is a huge investment and Lipps really understands that. Our situation was a little unique where we actually moved to the area from out of state but knew we were going to install a pool in our new home. We reached out to several pool companies around the area and from the start the interactions with the Lipps team was far superior to any of the competition.
Communication was thew most important thing to me and Damon did not disappoint. I was given the direct contact information for the owner of the company (Damon) and I don’t think that is the norm. I didn’t have to communication with multiple people before getting the answers... read full review
