Julie and Dr. Jacob were kind enough to go through multiple contact lens samples with me much to my chagrin and were patient and kind throughout the entire process. I was happy with my experience and had my dad and both of my brothers also come in to get their prescription for their eyeglasses.
Overall they are polite and I haven't ever had problems with communication-- if a phone call fails, a text message usually will lead back to a response. Do keep in mind though that they temporarily close the office from 13:00 to 14:00 for lunch.
I had been struggling to get new lenses for my glasses for years because the previous guy forgot to include Prism to my Rx. Doctor Jacobs didn’t stop and write me off because I am old and fat. He kept working until he had a solution. Big ATABOY for you!!!
The team made the time fly. They are kind and uplifting people. The Dr. was very knowledgeable. The best part. They gave me a 2 year prescription! I haven’t had one longer than a year in a decade. I appreciate that as my eyes haven’t changed this year.
