Julie Redwine is an athlete at what she does! I’ve been to see her more than I would’ve like the past month due to our house coming down with illness , but for each visit I am impressed literally every time! She was great with my 2 year old , and myself. Got to us in a timely fashion and was very receptive to what I was telling her or explaining our symptoms. With what we were going through already being so difficult, she made the process much more tolerable. Thank you Julie you are a goddess to the healthpoint world and we appreciate you! we will always return to this location, for her specifically!

I foster children and received new kids into care. When I took them here everyone was great! The lady at the front desk took the time to help me navigate their system. The medical assistant was nice and had a smile on her face. She was friendly and patient with the kids and remembered them from previous visits with their mom. The doctor came in and and addressed all the kids by name. She was familiar with their backgrounds and able to fill me in which was a huge help. I was very pleased with this office.Thank you!!

I was seen on 10/06/2023 for a dental emergency. Time wasn’t the issue but getting my medication is ridiculous. I called twice and was told the first time 1 hour never happened. Next lady says it could be 4:00 p.m. I don’t believe anyone cares about the patients there in Florence. I cannot help that you don’t have enough staff that’s not our problem. I’m glad I don’t have to return to Healthpoint at all. The dentist and her assistant was great. I don’t know who is responsible for calling in prescription. It is so sad to make people wait for their medication to be called in. I would not recommend any of these places.
