Got stung by a bee. Never had any issues when I was younger but I’m 40 now and my eyes and lips started to swell up. I stopped in and they got me back to a room quickly. Gave me a shot and some meds and it quickly slowed the swelling. Nurse and doctor were both women and were professional and was a great experience. Not sure why this has so many 1 star reviews I thought everything was great overall.
Visited this location on a Saturday afternoon and only had a 15 minute wait. The staff were friendly and courteous and seemed sincere. I will 100% make this my designated Urgent Care.
My primary Dr Jennings is wonderful !! He is a five star. Unfortunately, every time I go to labs, the staff always seems mad. Last time I was made to feel like I was interrupting lunch at the desk. I understand being short staffed where this might happen, but dont make me feel like the bad guy. The next time I waited at the desk to ask a question and the employee was asking if I wrote my name down. I said I just had a question and was told to put my name an the list. No eye contact and was outwardly annoyed. Kindness goes a long way. Use it. PS.. the is the first review I have written in 50 years of life. Thats how put off I am everytime I come in to labs.
