I’ve been going to Bob’s for years. They are so nice and honest. As a lady who has no car knowledge they are always fair and never take advantage of me. They also do great work.

My 89 y/o Mom and myself were involved in a auto accident in front of their location. They were on the scene and the phone with 911 immediately. Checked on us and offered help. They towed the car to their location. The following day when I called to ask about the car, their first question was how was my Mom...Is she OK? A business that cares that much and was so helpful has to do quality, honest work. I would highly recommend stopping by.

My husband’s Tacoma would not start when he was leaving work downtown(Cincinnati.) We had to get it towed back to Union/Florence area. Bob’s came with the tow, took it to their shop to help evaluate the problem and serviced it- all in a timely fashion and very reasonable cost. My husband says it drives better than when he bought it. They were fair in price, professional both the tow and service guys, and amazing to work with. They have earned new customers for life. Excellent place to be serviced!!! Highly recommend.
