The staff at the Florence location were wonderful, kind, and informative. They were able to fix and improve a patient's emergency situation within 24 hours. Another patient had a broken wisdom tooth and was scheduled the same day, with the staff able to extract the tooth and another top one in just a few minutes, saving the patient some money. A nervous patient had a very nice experience, with the staff and doctor being extremely nice and doing a great job with no pain.
I dropped my lower dentures and broke them. I made my appointment, got in the next day. From the front desk too the dentist everything went very smoothly. Getting my plate this Friday, had fitting, they were great! The thing that stood out was the girl at the front desk remembered me by name. Sees lots of people, remembered each one of us by name. Amazing. The staff is so genuine and you get the feel they are interested in your needs. Great experience, I recommend highly.
I had looked at a few other places. My friends all suggested Affordable Dentures. I said okay. I came to Affordable Dentures to find out what you had to offer. I was surprised at the way I was explained everything that was going to happen to get me and my teeth in a very personal and professional way. I was able to get my new dentures in less than a week. They not only feel great but look great They have contacted me several times to make sure I was happy with them. I am more than happy. If anyone needs dentures this is the place I would definitely go. Thank you affordable for your support.
Wonderful bed side manner of the doctor who bowed when he met me. The process was extremely fast and easy. I had been to a similar office in Lexington Kentucky and the knowledge and preparation was not nearly as good as these guys who got me fitted for a mold and x-ray and in and out in 45 minutes. Now I just show up in two weeks for my new dentures and it is easy and worry free. Finally I'll have teeth I am proud to show off after years of embarrassment.
