I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Aerotek as an employment agency. In my experience, they do not have the organization or capacity required to properly support individuals who are actively seeking job opportunities. This creates unnecessary frustration and raises concerns about the agency’s effectiveness in the staffing market.

My friend called them for a phone interview. I was next to her while on the phone because I wanted to apply. Very rude, making excuses not to talk to my friend. When she was talking English to them.
Was great about responding until they put me at a job and it didn't work out for whatever reason it may have been, then I didn't hear from them again and wasn't able to access the app for any of my assignments for whatever reason 😕
