I can’t say enough good things about Advanced Construction Services in Florence, Ky. A month after losing my daughter, I had water damage in my finished lower level from a busted hot water heater. Many of my daughter’s belongings were still in those rooms from when she had previously lived here and going through her things and clearing out the space was a brutal task I wasn’t ready for. Tom Torline was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient with me. He took the time to explain the procedure and steps involved. He handled all the communication with the insurance company. His employees were efficient, thorough and considerate, taking care with important sentimental items in the cleanup. They absolutely exceeded my expectations and made what was a difficult task so much easier for me and my grandkids! Thank you for your kindness and incredible job!
