Have dealt with practically every pool place in the Tri-State and Paradise has become my go-to. Have always been extremely helpful and pleasant. Owner spent 20 minutes looking for a part and finally located a perfect substitute. They don't try to sell you a ton of chemicals that you don't even need either.

I stopped by with a problem with an intex pump. The lady at the counter let me know they’re not a dealer for index but looked through their inventory or Hayward pump parts to possibly help me for a long time. Without prevail a gentleman told me to use some magiclube for my leaky o ring. They didn’t try to sell me anything. They provided me with the necessary info I needed and sent me on my way knowing my problem would be solved when I got home. I would recommend this store to anyone, at any time. For anything. Customer service is top notch. And in the pool industry, you can’t beat an honest dealer. A++

Visited today after finding them on the internet. The lady, co-owner, was very kind and patient while I asked numerous questions about the pool issues I was having. She explained things in simple terms and even gave me visual on what I should expect. I recommend this business to any individual that has questions or concerns about their pool. I was also told that at anytime I had questions, I was welcome to call Chris and that he would help over the phone.
