This was the 2nd time I used Linneman for the cremation of my pet. Jason was amazing when I called and made all the arrangements over the phone. When I dropped off my Max, AJ was gentle and caring with him. A few days later I got a call from Jason to pick Max up. He was so sympathetic and compassionate. I don't think I will get another pet, but I will definitely recommend Linneman for anyone who has to go through this. Thanks for everything. I'm glad my Max is now back home.
During one of the most difficult times in our lives, we had the privilege of working with Louis Linnemann and the whole Linnemann Staff. From the moment we reached out after my mom's passing, Louis was incredibly understanding, patient, and professional. He went above and beyond to guide us through every step of the process, ensuring that we felt supported and comforted every moment. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the peaceful and dignified services to the thoughtful accommodations made for our family. Louis suggested we have a special table of my mom's favorite things which really made an impact on us as well as our guests. They also provided an amazing tribute to my mom that played during her visitation with pictures and songs she loved. He also provided boards for us to put other numerous pictures around the funeral home that family and friends enjoyed seeing, as my mom was always dancing and laughing and made everyone feel loved. Louis and the staff also guided us throughout the mass and burial, which made all of us feel supported and ensured a beautiful and meaningful service. We also held the reception back at the funeral home and enjoyed telling stories and doing a toast to celebrate my mom's amazing life. We are truly grateful for the kindness and thoughtfulness we received during our time of grief. We highly recommend Linnemann to anyone in need of funeral services.
