These people are so knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I needed a new programmed chip key made. I called ahead to verify they had the one I needed. After 10 minutes, I was on my way. Very satisfied with their service.

What can I say about these guys?I had a problem trying to find the right key. So I stopped at Crescent springs hardware where they guided me to these wonderful people. They hook me up with the right key and I got multiples at one time. I'm told that what I have is just oddball Chinese crap for a lock. And honesty goes along way with me. The gentleman at the front counter was very cordial, like to joke, and cut me my keys with no problems or issues. If you ever have a problem with a lock, or have a obscure key that no one else can find, this is where you wanna go.!!

I was distraught over losing my only car key and worried I couldn't afford to have a new one made. Allen answered the phone politely, listened patiently to my plight, and assured me it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. He suggested I call the dealer, as most of them have the ability to cut a key based on your VIN's code. As foolish as I felt for not having thought of that myself, I was even more thankful that he was there on the phone to set me at ease in my moment of utter panic.
