I called on the weekend right after New Years. Brandon answered the call. I explained we had water everywhere in the powder room bath and it was already leaking downstairs since ceiling tiles had already fallen from water saturation. He told me it would take him about 45 minutes to get to me but he was on the way.
He brought his equipment and took wetness measurements to compare the typical wetness rate versus the wetness rates of the bathroom and basement. He left equipment over the weekend. Paramount was very professional and very helpful every step of the process! Joe did an amazing job explaining the process and getting it all started with insurance, Chris and Ishan did a great job in our basement, and James helped me on next steps. Brandon and Michael just finished a very thorough cleaning of my dryer vent! Super tidy and efficient work. They gave a good explanation of what they were doing and worked quickly! Thanks for the prompt and courteous sevice .I HIGHLY recommend this company (JT on the phone & Brandon and Michael especially). I will definately be calling again when we need our clothes dryer vent cleaned next time.
