Robert was very helpful and was very thorough with my vehicle making sure he explained everything in detail about the process and recommended maintenance from ford based on my milage and didn’t try to pressure me into buying extra repairs

Courtney and the team at this location are awesome. Helped the service flow, even though it was busy. Made sure to re-prioritize people as lines got busy and dynamics changed, making sure people got put into order if they were waiting a bit due to line dynamics. And my car had some issues starting up-- they literally helped me push it out of the bay and did all they could to help (within their scope). Only place I'll go for an oil change and basic services.
