Mr Knight is the best at what he does! After hitting our line with the lawn mower and damaging it, he was able to talk us through fixing it over the phone. He is always readily available. He is patient and courteous and gives clear instructions. You won’t find better customer service out there!! We have large livestock guardian dogs which are known to roam and the fence works great to contain them!
We installed Unseen Fencing about three years ago, and recently began experiencing an issue with the system. I called to see if the problem could be diagnosed over the phone, and to my surprise, the owner answered while on vacation in Spain.
After returning home, he personally followed up to make sure the issue had been resolved and even stopped by our house to double-check everything himself.

Burnie came and installed our electric fence almost 1 year ago. Everything was great with the install and training. We were a little nervous because we are on a busy 55 mph street and our 2 dogs were 4 and 5 and didn’t know if they’d pick it up because they weren’t pups but they did great with some trainings.
We just had some privacy trees planted and unfortunately they cut through the line. Burnie came out quick and repaired the line. Also, it was free because we were within a year of install - even though we were only a couple days out from over a year. Thanks Burnie and team!
