Helpfulness & friendliness. Everyone was very kind and helpful when we went into the store. They had lots of options and very knowledgeable staff who were able to help us pick just what we needed. The owner came out and greeted us and he talked with us about our choices. Delivery and installation was quick and easy the guys were in and out in 20-30 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
