The absolute sweetest and most knowledgeable people in the pool industry I’ve dealt with. I have had to come several times this week and every time different associates have helped but all are so professional and nice. I rather pass other pool stores to come here. Highly recommend.
Skippers came to clean my above ground pool today. They called ahead to tell me they were coming, explained everything they were going to do. Were very polite and professional. Were prepared and equipped to to the job they came to do. Sent pictures of the completed job to me when they finished to make sure I was satisfied and address all my answers and concerns. Skipper’s Pool and Spa, measured, ordered and installed my pool liner. For my inground Lazy “L” pool. They did a fantastic job. I couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied with their work, professionalism, excellent communication (at the store with information, timing, cost and down payment. Along with onsite communication with their team leader and crew, so I knew what they were going to be doing and at the end of each day what they had completed and what they wanted me to do: example… leave the water faucet on overnight for filling the pool and leave the vacuum blowers on continuously).
