They are thorough, take time to explain the entire process, and have answers to all concerns. The atmosphere is inviting, making clients feel at ease. They go above and beyond to maximize returns and ensure they have your best interest in mind. Many clients have found their new permanent place for tax preparation and plan to return every year.
We paid in the last 4 years when we went thru a national tax chain. We really did not get much good guidance or tax advice. This was our first year at Lovelace and we got almost $1000 back, and great advice as we are moving into retirement. I am so thankful we found Lovelace to help us out while we navigate this!!!

This is my first time searching for a place to do my taxes in almost 20 years. I called and asked a couple of questions, and I absolutely fell in love with the sweet lady Lori. She was so nice and helpful, had answers to all my concerns and just above all an outstanding woman. She said my husband and I could drop in the office, but there might be a little wait. So on sat we showed up. Didn't wait at all, but we did get there just in time because people started to show up.
